The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the initial point of contact for customers, both residential and commercial, seeking professional air duct cleaning services. This role focuses on providing friendly, helpful support and education while building rapport, answering questions, and guiding customers with scheduling an appointment when appropriate. Additionally, the CSR proactively seeks opportunities to cross‑sell and up‑sell additional products and services, when appropriate.
The CSR helps ensure a positive customer experience from the very first interaction culminating in the completed service. Customer service representatives work with customers to resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services.
- Strong communication and analysis skills
- Proficient in data entry and dispatching
- Experience with dispatch for trades (plumbing/HVAC etc)
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation management
- Ability to handle multi‑line phone systems effectively
