• Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
• Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for service appointments
• Excellent phone skills
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments for clients
• Managing and maintaining appointment calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling
• Coordinating loaner vehicles for customers
• Assisting in preparing documents for loaners
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
