Overview
Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, to fulfill airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance.
Responsibilities- Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
- Provide positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
- Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
- Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their destination within the client site or grounds
- Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
- Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary
- Complete thorough Incident Reports
- Required: Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Preferred: One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
Pay Rate: $15.15/hour plus Tips
Schedule: Various shifts including weekends
Location: 3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034
Passenger services positions are very customer service-oriented, and tipping is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service may increase their earnings.
