• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists
• Process financial transactions as requested by callers
• Explain past returns in relation to the economic environment, adhering to FINRA/SEC guidelines
• Assist participants in navigating automated voice response systems and the employer's website for financial transactions
• Attend meetings and training sessions, with potential for overtime based on business needs

• Associate degree in business or a related field preferred; 1-2 years of directly related experience required if no degree
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services-related field
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Experience in a financial service-related role that involves customer interaction
