Overview
As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, solving residential operational needs and fostering great relationships. You’ll provide exceptional customer service while assisting residents with their rental transactions, including payments, renewals, and more.
Location: Greenspoint at Paradise Valley
Compensation: includes pay and more. Salary range: $24.00-$26.00

The Assistant Property Manager is a process-oriented individual passionate about customer service, attention to detail, and leadership. Mission Rock’s leadership expectations center around connecting with our team members and leading by example. The role could perform any of the following:
- Manage payables and collections with attention to detail and quality control
- Provide exceptional service to current residents related to the renting experience (leases, maintenance, engagement, questions)
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain existing ones (community events, outreach)
- Engage with the team and embody Mission Rock’s culture; collaborate with the Property Manager and teammates onsite, regionally, and with corporate support
- Maintain meaningful and effective communication across emails, phone calls, social media, and in-person conversations
- Lease and pre-lease apartment homes; understand lease requirements and ensure compliance; provide community tours in diverse weather conditions
- Maintain a neat office/clubhouse and contribute to a well-kept community
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve resident issues promptly
- Support rental transactions including payments and renewals
- Coordinate daily property operations and communication
- Ability and desire to work within and lead a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a willingness to develop rapport with residents and team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Empathy, collaboration, and engagement with others
- Solution-oriented mindset
- 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Property management skills/experience
