What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative II? You will:
  • Enter customer concerns into Salesforce from email, voicemail, and online web forms.
  • Research information to address DES and non‑DES related client issues.
  • Use critical thinking to direct concerns to the appropriate DES programs.
  • Listen to and accurately transcribe voicemail messages from clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and problem‑solving.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned related to the position.
