Requirements

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the vital connection between our customers and our operations. Your day-to-day will involve processing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service-all while contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently

* Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying

* Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product or order requests

* Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy

* Meet the needs of internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy.

* Answer and direct customer phone calls and/or emails to all appropriate Hartung contacts.

What You Bring:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 2+ years of excellent customer service office-based experience

* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic math skills and multitasking

* Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation

* A team-player attitude dedicated to team success

* Experience in the glass, construction, or banking industry preferred (but not required)
