We are looking for an experienced and seasoned customer service representative who will always be on top of their performance and contribute to the overall excellence of our customer service. The customer service representative is the first line of contact with the customers for any business, so the role requires a person who fully understands the importance of this job and is willing to show the dedication needed.

Customer service is important for building trust with customers. Therefore, our ideal candidate must have great organizational and communication skills, be creative, organized, and highly skilled in processing customer adjustments and maintaining financial accounts.

By analyzing customer needs and collecting customer information, our representative recommends potential services and products to management and contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results.
