Our Online Components customer service team is looking for individuals who enjoy helping customers and working in a team-oriented environment. At Master Electronics
, you’ll join a stable, growing company known for its strong culture, supportive leadership, and people-first approach.
We offer several Monday through Friday morning shift options to support work‑life balance:
- 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
To help you feel confident and supported, training will take place onsite from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for approximately 4–6 weeks
. Team members are expected to work onsite during their first 90 days to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong team connection.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly
What you will do?- Chat with customers via phone and email to answer their questions and resolve concerns
- Help customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or cancellations
- Share info on products, pricing, and availability to make sure customers have what they need
- Solve issues related to products, shipping, or payments quickly and efficiently
- Team up with internal departments to get customer problems sorted out ASAP
- Keep customer details up-to-date in the system
- Process orders and refunds when needed
- Let customers know about promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Suggest ways to improve our processes and share feedback with the team
- Hit or exceed your customer service targets and goals
- You’re a great communicator and can connect with people easily
- Multitasking? No problem. You can prioritize and manage your time like a pro
- Whether solo or with a team, you get the job done
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- You’ve got sharp problem-solving skills and can analyze situations on the fly
- Experience with Zendesk or other customer service platforms? That’s a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
