Travel Experience Coordinator

Were seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Experience Coordinator to support customers with planning, organizing, and confirming well-structured travel experiences. This fully remote role focuses on accuracy, communication, and end-to-end coordination to ensure a smooth experience for each client.

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budget guidelines
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
• Create and share organized itineraries and trip details
• Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights, lodging, transportation, and experiences
• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
• Provide support before, during, and after travel, including updates or changes
• Stay informed on destination requirements, supplier policies, and industry updates

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or coordination roles is helpful but not required
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn booking systems (training provided)
