Were seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Experience Coordinator to support customers with planning, organizing, and confirming well-structured travel experiences. This fully remote role focuses on accuracy, communication, and end-to-end coordination to ensure a smooth experience for each client.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budget guidelines
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
- Create and share organized itineraries and trip details
- Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights, lodging, transportation, and experiences
- Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
- Provide support before, during, and after travel, including updates or changes
- Stay informed on destination requirements, supplier policies, and industry updates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or coordination roles is helpful but not required
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn booking systems (training provided)
- Fully remote, flexible work setup
