Assistant – Minor League Equipment and Clubhouse Operations
As part of Player Development, the Assistant – Minor League Equipment and Clubhouse Operations will provide essential support to the Minor League Equipment Department and assist with day-to-day equipment management and clubhouse operations support. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient support for players and staff throughout the season.
Core Responsibilities- Provide equipment room and clubhouse assistance to Minor League players and staff, as directed by supervisor.
- Assist with documents and deliveries of all incoming and outgoing packages and mail for the entire Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training complex.
- Maintain general upkeep of the equipment room and clubhouse, including taking uniforms for repair to team seamstress.
- 1-3 years of experience in clubhouse management.
- Ability to multitask and be organized and detail oriented.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
