Position: Customer Service & Sales Representative

Pay: $19.00 per hour plus quarterly performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking travel health services. This role blends customer support and sales, ensuring clients receive accurate guidance and a positive experience.

• Service Line:
  Assist clients with questions and general guidance
• Booking Line:
  Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

• Respond to client inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner
• Build trust and long-term client relationshipsi>
• Schedule appointments with attention to detail
• Support leadership with administrative and project-based tasks
• Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

• Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience
• Sales-oriented mindset with a history of meeting goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Google Suite and learning new systems
• Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure

• $19/hour base pay with quarterly bonus opportunities
• $50 monthly café credit
• Supportive, collaborative team environment
• Set weekday schedules: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday rotation once every 4–6 weeks
