Customer Ambassador

Join Eurest USA as a FULL‑TIME CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)).

Location:

3400 E Sky Harbor Boulevard TE, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Online applications only.

Schedule:

Full‑time. Open availability preferred; weekend work is required.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour. Weekly pay. Parking available.

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest‑facing marketing and wellness programs.

• Greets each customer and ensures a high level of hospitality.
• Welcomes team members and provides the support they need each day.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisors.
• Maintains current marketing, wellness, and culinary programs.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co‑workers.
• Accurately explains daily menu items to customers.
• Applies selling techniques to enhance the buying/decision‑making process.
• Ensures display foods are merchandised attractively and served per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
