• Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service.
• Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
• Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage leasing process, accept payments using POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.

• Perform daily walks of the property, clean units, and open/close storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities.
• Keep a clean and safe storage facility to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors).

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation used during the workday.
• Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder during job duties.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.
