• Greeting clients and answering phones with a positive attitude at all times
• Scheduling appointments
• Helping check in and check out clients
• Triaging well and sick animals
• Helping take care of customer's needs with medications and diets
• Processing paperwork
• Handling financial transactions
• Discussing billing, appointment reminders and other notifications to patients
• Communication in timely and effective methods with veterinarians and other team members
• Positive attitude and TEAM Player personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable to the demands of the day
• Ability to work efficiently, and remain calm during stressful situations

• Full Time Rotating Shift with weekends
• Clinic is open 6 days per week:
  Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 8am-2pm
