Payroll Experience Specialist

A growing payroll company is seeking a Payroll Advocate to support small businesses by providing expert guidance on payroll services. You will be the main contact for customer inquiries, enhance user experiences, and solve problems creatively. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of customer experience, including at least one year in payroll. Responsibilities include building trust with customers, addressing their needs, and leveraging tools to assist in communication.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
