Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization's mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country's leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district's candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement.

As a Copy Writer for Turning Point Action's Media Department, you will be responsible for writing persuasive copy to strengthen the TPAction brand. This includes, but is not limited to, writing compelling scripts for a weekly podcast, creating hooks and messaging that align and enhance our brand, as well as working with other departments to ensure consistency across all communications.

• Create compelling and interesting scripts for a podcast show airing weekly.
• Edit and proofread copy for accuracy.
• Research topics to ensure all scripts are captivating and accurate.
• Help plan episodes and other podcast details.
• Create written content for various TPAction departments.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work in the office at our Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Strong and efficient writing skills.
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
• A self‑starter and has a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Applies feedback constructively to improve performance.

• Has experience working on political campaigns or organizations.
• Prior involvement with Turning Point Action, its affiliates, and/or political campaigns.
