Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.;
Customer Service:
Strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers; maintains positive relationships with clients.;
Technical Ability:
Understands technical aspects and troubleshoots equipment and software issues.;
Systems Knowledge:
Completes paperwork, uses Navigator, and interacts with staff/vendors for equipment; processes invoices.;
Interacts with other staff and outside vendors for equipment.
