Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Vote Online is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create eye-catching, youth-focused, high-quality graphics in a fast-paced environment. This role supports civic engagement and voter registration work.

• 2+ years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Punctual, reliable, and highly responsive
• Willingness to fulfill all listed responsibilities and additional duties as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Interest in civic engagement and increasing voter participation
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Self‑starter who is goal‑oriented and self‑motivated
• Creative, innovative mindset with a desire to learn and try new things

• Experience with youth‑focused, nonprofit, or community‑based organizations
• Familiarity with Air Table, Slack, and other communication platforms
• Exceptional photography skills with an understanding of DSLR camera functionality and lighting equipment
• Understanding of different design criteria (print bleeds, large format printing, dimensions, etc.)
