This is a Small Format Operator position based out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

This position is responsible for producing high-quality color/ black and white prints by operating several different print devices. Perform the duties involved in finishing small format color/black and white projects; i.e. mounting, laminating, and other finishing processes, as required.

• Ensures the accuracy of the print order according to customer specifications
• Retrieve rolls of media from stock and load the printing device
• Assist when necessary with inventory
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Monitors work for high-quality output and timeliness
• Troubleshoots and resolves problematic orders and customer complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong graphics program knowledge
• Detail-oriented and multi-tasking ability
• Computer proficiency and must have basic knowledge of Illustrator, Corel Draw, Flexi, Photoshop, Cut Server, and/or Acrobat software
• Basic math skills
