The organization’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country’s leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district’s candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement.

Turning Point Action is looking to hire a Graphic Designer at our national headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an extensive portfolio, showing their unique abilities to make eye‑catching, youth‑driven, high‑quality graphics in a fast‑paced environment.

• 2+ years Graphic Design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator)
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment
• Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects
• Punctual and very responsive
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and goal‑oriented
• Self‑starter and self‑motivated
• Innovative nature & desire to try new things and learn

• Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations
• Familiarity with Air Table, Slack, and other communication platforms
• Exceptional photography skills with an understanding of DSLR camera functionality and lighting equipment
• Understanding of different design criteria (print bleeds, large format printing, dimensions, etc.)
