Graphic Designer - Junior

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team as a Junior Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to bring our brand and training materials to life.

• Design and create graphics for digital and print materials including but not limited to: social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, infographics, brochures, and training materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand and marketing strategies
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality and engaging designs
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure our materials are visually appealing and effective
• Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in maintaining and updating our brand guidelines and design templates

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from others
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Passion for emergency preparedness and saving lives is a plus
