Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, utilizing digital, print, and social media channels.
• Design engaging visual content including logos, branding materials, motion graphics, digital art, and illustrations using tools like InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, among others.
• Create marketing materials that adhere to comprehensive and detailed company brand standards.
• Create tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visuals in a highly efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms while applying principles of color management, typography, and color theory.
• Manage creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects.
• Prepare material that produces compelling pitches and reports using tools like InVision for prototypes or Adobe InDesign for print layouts.

• Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred.
• Understand, design, and use infographics and iconography to create effective visual communication.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with high‑end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail that meets the firm’s standards.
