Diversified Roofing is launching a hands‑on Project Coordinator Internship Program designed for students or early‑career professionals interested in building a strong foundation in residential roofing and construction management. This role blends field experience with office learning, offering a comprehensive understanding of roofing operations, quality control, and project coordination.

• Field Experience
• Participate in daily field operations alongside experienced superintendents.
• Learn how to perform quality walks and audit completed roofs for craftsmanship, safety, and compliance.
• Visit active job sites to observe construction progress and understand workflow sequencing.
• Support project teams by gathering site photos, documentation, and job updates.
• Office & Project Coordination
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination between field and office teams.
• Learn the fundamentals of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Gain exposure to project tracking, reporting, and communication best practices.
• Develop an understanding of customer expectations, warranty requirements, and job closeout procedures.

• Students in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields, or early‑career individuals interested in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and learn hands‑on.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Clean MVR driving record to travel to various job sites.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in long‑term career paths in construction.
