This Estimator needs to be versed in client relationships, experienced with building estimations valued up to $20M+.

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects up to $20M - multifamily and hotel projects are appreciated.
• Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections.
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Work with clients and design teams.
• Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes.

• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates.
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors.
• Presenting prepared estimates to management, owners and clients.
• Working with Preconstruction team using clear communication and effective team building skills.
