We are seeking Field Materials Testing Technicians to join our team in Arizona. This is a hands-on role for individuals with strong initiative who are ready to perform critical materials testing in the field to support high-quality infrastructure development. Whether you're experienced or looking to get started in this industry, we provide training and growth opportunities for committed team members.

Compensation: $25-35+/hour depending on experience

Phoenix, AZ

FLSA Exemption:
Non-Exempt

Schedule:

Working on Dispatch (Hours may vary)

What you'll be doing:

* Perform routine field testing of construction materials (e.g., soils, concrete, asphalt)

* Verify conformance to construction plans and specifications

* Accurately complete daily reports and datasheets

* Follow procedures and safety standards in all field activities

* Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

* Travel to job sites using company or personal vehicle

What you have:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Valid driver's license (required)

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

* Ability to pass a drug screening

* Strong initiative and attention to detail

What will make you stand out:

* ACI certification in Soils, Concrete, or Asphalt; ATTI certification

* Previous experience with field testing on construction projects

* Clear and accurate documentation skills

* Dependable and safety-conscious work habits

Preferred Certification(s):

* ICC Certifications
