Diversified Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensure project quality, and lead crews on commercial roofing projects. This role is responsible for coordinating labor, materials, safety, and schedules while ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget.

• Oversee daily field operations for commercial roofing projects
• Lead, train, and support roofing crews to ensure safe and efficient job performance
• Coordinate manpower, materials, logistics, and equipment
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams
• Enforce company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Monitor project progress and resolve onsite issues
• Support project scheduling and ensure timeline compliance
• Complete daily job reports and project close-out documentation

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, foam, coatings, single-ply, tile, shingles, etc.)
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• OSHA certification preferred
