• Provide real-time verbal translation during daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field coordination.
• Translate technical construction instructions between site leadership and field crews.
• Support communication between U.S. management and bilingual subcontractors.
• Assist with written translation of safety documents, work procedures, and project updates.
• Ensure accurate communication of site expectations, schedule updates, and compliance standards.
• Help prevent miscommunication that could impact safety, quality, or schedule.
• Move throughout active construction areas to support supervisors and field teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all project communications.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
• Previous construction or semiconductor site experience preferred.
• Familiarity with site safety standards (OSHA / high-tech fab environments).
• Strong understanding of construction terminology.
• Professional, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation required.
