We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead the ground-up construction of a ~200-unit condominium project in Scottsdale. This individual will have full on-site responsibility from mobilization through close-out, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance meet ownership and GC expectations.

This is a hands‑on, field‑driven role requiring strong leadership, scheduling discipline, and deep experience in multifamily residential construction.

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for a ground-up condo project
• Lead construction from sitework, foundations, structure, envelope, interiors, and turnover
• Develop and maintain the project schedule (look-ahead planning, milestone tracking)
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and field labor
• Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily site walks, quality inspections, and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Work closely with the Project Manager, ownership, inspectors, and design team
• Track progress, resolve field issues, and drive schedule recovery when needed
• Manage inspections, punch lists, unit turnovers, and final close-out

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily or condo projects
• Strong understanding of structural concrete, framing, MEPs, and finishes
• Proven ability to run a project independently in the field
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Proficient with construction documentation and scheduling tools
• OSHA certification preferred
• Local Chicago market experience strongly preferred
• Base salary up to $175,000 (commensurate with experience)
