Refrigeration Construction Foreman

Dover -  - Responsibilities:
Lead construction jobs that include piping cooler boxes, overhead lines, compressor rooms/houses, refrigeration cases, etc. according to specifications.;
Create and modify work schedules to adapt to ever-changing construction deadlines, delays, and weather obstacles.;
Provide updates on project status to stakeholders, including project managers and the construction manager.;
Read blueprints and perform accurate material takeoffs and procure materials as necessary.;
On-the-job training of lower-level construction colleagues across different trades.
