Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Superintendent based in Phoenix, AZ. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, overseeing budgets and timelines, and addressing project challenges efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
  • Strong Organization Skills to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain project schedules
  • Experience in Budgeting and controlling project costs effectively
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and overseeing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Procore is preferred including Microsoft Project, Excel etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution
  • Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial and residential projects
