Construction Project Manager - Industrial​/Tilt-Wall

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in industrial and tilt-wall construction to lead complex projects across the Greater Phoenix area. This is a high-impact role for a professional who excels at managing technically demanding builds from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strict control of safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of industrial projects including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and cold storage developments. This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced construction environments.

• Lead all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction planning and procurement through execution, commissioning, and closeout
• Develop, manage, and forecast project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure financial and schedule performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to maintain alignment with project scope and milestones
• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution and constructability
• Conduct site walks and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, and safety incidents
• Manage all project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reporting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, providing consistent communication and issue resolution
• Mentor and support project team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

• 5+ years of construction project management experience on industrial or tilt-wall projects
• Experience delivering warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or cold storage projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend, or similar construction management platforms
