Concrete General Superintendent

Martin Commercial, LLC is seeking a driven, field-focused General Superintendent-Concrete to lead and oversee all concrete field operations. This role is responsible for project execution, manpower planning, schedule performance, safety, and quality across multiple active jobs.

The General Superintendentservesastheseniorfieldleaderfortheconcretedivision —ensuringprojectsareproperlyplanned,executed efficiently,anddeliveredsafely,ontime,and profitably.

Leadershiptodriveoperationalexcellenceandsupportcompanygrowth.

• Collaboratewithoperationalteamsduringprojectturnoverandplanning.
• Trackandvalidatetimesheets,delivery tickets,andsign-in/sign-outsheets.
• Adjustfieldplansasnecessarytomaintainscheduleandperformancetargets.

• Overseeallconcretefieldoperationsfrommobilizationthroughcloseout.
• Driveaccountabilityforsafety,production,andqualitystandards.
• Allocatemanpowerandequipmenteffectivelyacrossmultipleprojects.
• Serveasescalationpointforfield-related challenges.
• Routinelyvisitjobsitestomaintainalignmentandperformancestandards.

• Championastrongsafetyculturewithzerotoleranceforunsafebehavior.
