Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with expertise in ground-up hospital and healthcare construction
. This role provides on-site leadership, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Lead daily field operations on ground-up hospital projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, safety, quality, and infection control standards
- Coordinate inspections, sequencing, and material deliveries
- Proven experience on ground-up hospital or healthcare construction projects
- Strong field leadership and communication skills
