Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent specializing in ground-up healthcare projects, with a strong focus on hospital construction. This role leads all field operations from mobilization through closeout, ensuring complex healthcare facilities are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site operations for ground-up hospital projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Enforce safety, quality control, and infection prevention protocols
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and healthcare stakeholders
- Lead inspections, commissioning support, and turnover
- Proven superintendent experience on ground-up hospital construction
- Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, regulations, and building systems
- Effective leadership and communication skills
