Employment Type:
Full-Time
- Candidate must be local to Phoenix (no remote).
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with ability to calculate materials, labor, and project budgets.
- Strong communicator who can work with internal teams & customers.
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; able to learn takeoff/bid software.
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Complete material takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specs, and scope documents for bid preparation.
- Build pricing packages by coordinating with internal trade teams.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and cost documentation.
- Communicate with clients during bidding.
- Support project managers at project kickoff stages.
- Attend job sites, meetings, and ensure cost/risk evaluation.
- Experience with Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, Quick Bid (not mandatory).
