Tilt-Up Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Tilt-Up General Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, erection, and finishing of tilt-up concrete panels used in commercial or industrial building construction. This position involves physical labor, working outdoors, and following strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the setup and layout of forms for tilt-up concrete panels

* Prepare surfaces and materials for concrete pouring (cleaning, oiling, etc.)

* Help place and secure rebar and embed plates according to specifications

* Assist with concrete pouring, vibrating, and finishing tasks

* Participate in the erection and bracing of concrete panels using rigging and cranes

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site

* Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

* Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times

* Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Qualifications:

* Previous construction or general labor experience preferred

* Experience with tilt-up construction is a strong plus

* Ability to read and follow basic instructions and drawings

* Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing, etc.)

* Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

* Must have reliable transportation to the job site

Work Environment:

* Outdoor construction sites

* Fast-paced, physically demanding, team-oriented environment

* May involve early start times and extended hours depending on the project schedule
