Project Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Industry: Luxury Residential Construction
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 (DOE)
Our client, a premier luxury home builder in the Phoenix market, is seeking a highly organized and self-directed Project Coordinator to support high‑end residential construction projects from pre‑construction through completion. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can handle pressure with confidence, and executes instructions accurately with minimal supervision.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedules, documentation, and communication remain accurate and on track.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities across multiple luxury residential builds
- Maintain and update project schedules, logs, and documentation
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow‑ups to ensure timely execution
- Assist Project Managers with budgeting support, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project updates
- Ensure compliance with company standards, construction documentation, and timelines
- Anticipate project needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalated
- Perform under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role within construction or real estate
- Experience supporting residential or luxury construction projects strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and manage priorities without constant direction
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with construction software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools
- High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
- Experience working with high‑end or custom home builders
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
- Professional demeanor and client‑facing communication skills
- Problem‑solver who can adapt quickly to changing priorities
