We’re seeking a Roofing Inspector – Quality Assurance Technical Representative who’s ready to be part of an innovative, people‑first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

Duro brain‑Last Roofing has an opening for a Quality Assurance Technical Representative (roofing inspector) in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a full‑time, year‑round, salaried position with a company vehicle, cell phone, tablet, and expense account provided.

• Physically inspect roof installations for quality and workmanship.
• Issue the roof warranty in accordance with the Duro‑Last specifications.
• Make repairs to Duro‑Last roofs.
• Conduct on‑site training classes and offer guidance to contractors in proper roof installation.
• Provide support to Duro‑Last contractors and sales reps in territory.
• Schedule inspections and repairs and prepare reports for warranties.
• This is a physically challenging position that requires bending, lifting, pulling, climbing, etc.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Two to four years of experience in commercial low‑slope roofing, construction, roof inspection, or quality assurance is highly desirable.
• Strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation, and communication skills (both orally and written).***
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
• Strong work ethic (punctual, dependable, trustworthy).
• Ability to complete responsibilities and operate equipment conforming to company production, personnel, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend roofing specifications.
• Capable of handling conflict professionally.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Willing to do extensive regional travel.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to pass a physical agility test.
