Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site safety programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Perform routine site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, training records, and compliance logs.
• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors on safety initiatives.
• Stay current on OSHA regulations and industry safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or engineering safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety practices.
• OSHA certification preferred (510/511/30 depending on role).
• Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites.
