We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead ground‑up hospital and major healthcare construction projects. This role oversees all on‑site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations for new hospital and large healthcare builds
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and trade coordination
• Enforce safety, quality, and infection control protocols
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning, and closeout
• Communicate with project managers, owners, architects, and clinical teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience on ground‑up hospital or complex healthcare projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of healthcare codes and regulations
