We are seeking a full-time Production Specialist to join our team on-site in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves managing daily production activities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient and timely project completion. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control processes, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Production Specialist will also assist with training team members and maintaining clear and effective communication among the production team to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong Communication skills to foster collaboration and clarity among team members
• Experience in Quality Control to maintain high standards of work and ensure compliance
• Ability to provide Training and support to production team members
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Background in the construction industry or similar field is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
