Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year

Prior experience working for Commercial Roofing Contractor is required.

The Architectural Sheet Metal Commercial Roofing Project Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, implementation, and tracking of multiple concurrent commercial roof projects from pre‑construction to completion. We are looking for an Experienced and Team Oriented roofing professional to lead the management of projects while focusing on completion on time and within budget.

The Sheet Metal PM will be responsible for planning, controlling, implementing, and tracking multiple concurrent commercial roof projects from pre‑construction to completion.

The Sheet metal PM must have experience in building envelope, wall panels, soffit, standing seam, fascia cladding etc.

• Prepare project schedules and phasing plans.
• Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
• Coordinate project activities to attain successful goals on all projects by focusing attention on time and in budget project completion.
• Be effective in reading and takeoffs from Plans/Specs for new/reroof projects.
• On site management of assigned projects including coordination/supervision of subcontractors.
• Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects.
• Assist in winning profitable repeat business by cultivating customer relationships during management of projects.
• Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects.
• Participate in pre‑job meetings with handoff from estimating to operations on assigned projects.
• Prepare purchase orders to request for review.
• Participate in all pre‑construction meetings.
• Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.
• Ensure inventory of materials received at project site.
• Coordinate Final Inspections with Customer/Manufacturer and advise Estimating of completion.
• Complete Project closeout documents.
• Overall responsibility for Quality Control of projects.
• Assist Estimating on an as needed basis on job walks and small service projects.
• Verify that Safety plan is executed per company Policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5‑years commercial roofing experience as a PM with architectural sheet metal
• Read and understands blueprints, specifications and project documentation
• Understanding of commercial/industrial system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.
• Experience with project management software, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook Power Point)
• Written and verbal communication and time management abilities
• Organized person and enjoys working outside.
• Lift and climb up and down a 30 ft. ladder or many flights of stairs
• Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explaining problems and solutions to customers.
• Abide by all job‑site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection
• Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company’s Core Values
