TITLE: Foreman - Pipefitter
REPORTS TO: Superintendent

• Pipefitter Foreman will report directly to the Superintendent and will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Pipe fitters to deliver exceptional quality and customer service to our clients.
• Develop solutions to make sure issues never become problems.
• Reviews projects with Superintendent and/or Project Manager after equipment and subs are reviewed and does a physical survey of the project with the Superintendent to ascertain conditions and report back to the Project Manager in writing, if required.
• Does takeoffs for projects in a timely and thorough manner with the Superintendent.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions to include scheduling, material control, and rentals.
• Provide daily job completion percentages.
• Assures all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies and other requirements as they occur. Documents all incidents and notifies Project Manager and Superintendent, and recommends and implements corrective action.
• Responsible for assuring that all jobs have weekly reports filled and turned into the office weekly, including safety/toolbox reports, preconstruction, weekly production report and any project‑specific reports.
• Conducts inspections on jobs, assures jobs are detailed to Pueblo Mechanical standards, ready, and participates as needed in start‑ups and coordinates with contractors, engineers, subcontractors and owners.
• Coordinates with shop for production scheduling and deliveries.
• Able to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Work to increase team efficiency and uphold high standards of safety at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self‑motivated and punctual.
• Must be able to multi‑task and have excellent follow‑up skills both internally and externally.
• Must be professional in appearance and speech.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Experience with government facilities is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds and requiring frequent bending, lifting, standing, walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climbing ladders.

• Foreman Pipefitter I – 4+ years’ experience with current journeyman license or ability to obtain; 2+ years’ experience as a lead technician, ability to transition into a leadership role with guidance. Pay $34–38/hr.
• Foreman Pipefitter II – 4+ years’ experience with current journeyman or ability to obtain; 2+ years’ experience running work and a crew; ability to manage 1–10 fitters; ability to complete an 8‑week look ahead. Pay $38–41/hr.
• Foreman Pipefitter III – 4+ years’ experience with current journeyman or ability to obtain; 4+ years’ experience running work and a crew; ability to manage a crew of any size; able to complete an 8‑week look ahead. Pay $42–45/hr.
