We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings, and specialized treatment facilities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare construction protocols, infection control requirements, and coordination within active medical environments.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, inspections, logistics, and daily field operations
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Enforce quality control, ICRA/ILSM compliance, and healthcare facility procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and hospital staff
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to plans and specifications
- Proven superintendent experience on healthcare construction projects
- Knowledge of medical facility codes, ICRA/ILSM procedures, and OSHPD/DSA (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-phase projects
