Precision and attention to detail are your keys to success as you coordinate our estimating processes and generate accurate results for clients. You thoroughly analyze essential documentation and gather all the information necessary to create accurate cost and labor estimates for potential projects. Attentively, you review project scopes, methods, work schedules, and potential risks, as well as ask clarifying questions to create bid proposals.

You actively communicate with clients, contractors, owners, and others to generate your estimates and demonstrate why we're the best choice for the job!

• 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contracts, and government regulations
• Ability to develop your industry knowledge and willingness to participate in on-the-job training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
