We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Estimator with a robust background in both structural steel and concrete structures to join a reputable general contractor in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our pre-construction phase, responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.

• Estimation Expertise: Develop detailed cost estimates for structural steel and concrete construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with project requirements.
• Bid Preparation: Lead the preparation of competitive bids by collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather essential information.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and value engineering analyses to identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards.
