We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Tilt-Up General Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, erection, and finishing of tilt-up concrete panels used in commercial or industrial building construction. This position involves physical labor, working outdoors, and following strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the setup and layout of forms for tilt-up concrete panels
- Prepare surfaces and materials for concrete pouring (cleaning, oiling, etc.)
- Help place and secure rebar and embed plates according to specifications
- Assist with concrete pouring, vibrating, and finishing tasks
- Participate in the erection and bracing of concrete panels using rigging and cranes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
- Experience with tilt-up construction is a strong plus
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions and drawings
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site

- Fast-paced, physically demanding, team-oriented environment
- May involve early start times and extended hours depending on the project schedule
