Field Engineer

The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-focused environment across all project phases from startup through closeout. The Field Engineer helps ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with Willmeng’s quality standards.

• Promote and ensure site safety.
• Maintain knowledge of day-to-day field operations for assigned project(s).
• Plan, coordinate, sequence work, procure materials, and supervise subcontractors and vendors.

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
