CEI is seeking construction inspectors for the Tucson area with ACI and ATTI certifications for upcoming roadway paving projects. Some DOT projects will require additional structure inspections.

• Performs field inspections on transportation construction projects including paving, materials verification testing and compliance, mix design, subgrade and compaction, asphalt placement, utility coordination, grading, drainage, curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps, traffic control evaluation.
• Identifies any deviations from specified construction procedures and notifies supervisor
• Documents all observations of the construction progress to include daily diaries and inspection activities

• Required ACI / ATTI Field Certifications
• NICET, ATSSA, SWPPP nice to have
• GED/HS Diploma with 2-7 years related engineering experience
• DOT/highway/structure experience needed for state projects
